On February, 6 the RT website published an article with the headline “Putin Meets Merkel, Hollande behind Closed Doors in Moscow.”
The article claims that several NATO-member states have refused to provide arms to Ukraine, and among them, Finland.
Finland is not a NATO-member country, verifiable by simply visiting the NATO website.
