StopFake is proud to announce Zagreb as our next stop!

It’s an amazing opportunity to learn more about fake news, how to spot it and how to counter disinformation.

This year, StopFake is celebrating its 10th anniversary. To celebrate, the famous Ukraine-based team of fact-checkers has teamed up with Google News Initiative to go on tour. We will share skills and tips to educate the current and next generation of journalists, fact-checkers and teachers.

There will be 2 offline sessions:

On 28th of November from 10 AM – 2 PM. The training will be in English. Apply here ✅

On 29th of November from 6 PM – 8 PM. The training will be in Ukrainian. Apply here ✅

Working journalists, lecturers, teachers, and students will receive priority, but we should still have room for other curious minds.  

The deadline is 26 November 2024. Priority candidates will be informed immediately of their successful registration.
