This fake was published on a parody channel, from where pro-Russian resources spread it as true information.

In the Russian segment of social networks and propaganda channels, information is spreading that the Kyiv tattoo studio LAMARCH offers customers free laser removal of tattoos with the images of the American flag. It is claimed that the studio allegedly launched such a campaign due to the complete disappointment of Ukrainians in American support. The publications even  «quote» a tattoo artist who says that one of his clients tattooed the inscription «fuck the USA»  next to an old tattoo of the American flag, and another asked to add drones next to the image of the Statue of Liberty on his body.

However, this message is a fake designed to destabilize relations between Ukraine and its Western partners. The LAMARCH tattoo studio is active on social networks, but none of their resources — the website, Instargam and TikTok accounts — contain any mention of such a campaign. The primary source of the news is the Russian-language Telegram channel, and here is my Yandex wallet, the description of which states: «parody, satire on political reality. only verified fakes.» Despite this disclaimer, the channel’s subscribers mostly take the publications seriously, as evidenced by comments such as  «the flag of Russia will soon be in fashion»,  «stock up on sketches of the hammer and sickle», etc. So the so-called news, already without mentioning that it is a joke, was spread by other Telegram channels and netizens.
