A number of Russian and Ukrainian media spread fake information that Ukrainian frigate “Hetman Sahaidachny” refused to follow orders from Kjiv and raised St. Andrew’s flag.

This fake was disproved by official authorities of Ukraine: http://www.mil.gov.ua/index.php?lang=ua&part=news&sub=read&id=32769. The same message was posted on the official representation of the frigate to Facebook.
